Yes, freelancing can be considered a career since you are working but getting much more flexible options. That includes your schedule, skills, and even how much you will earn from it. Freelancing is also considered as a business. It gives you freedom from the commute and from the need to mingle with your office mates. This setup can be done from home or you can even work remotely. Location independence can also be achieved through freelancing.

It's not easy to always have to get ready every day and commute just to be able to work for a living. Time has changed and we are already in the digital era. This made it possible for us to work remotely by being a freelancer. Whether you are a writer like me, a customer service representative, an appointment setter, or doing other freelancing jobs, you should consider it as your career and business at the same time. This work setup provides you more freedom financially as well.

There are many businesses around the globe that are looking for someone to do the tedious tasks that they don't want to do. If you have the skills to do what these companies need, then you are the freelancer they are looking for. It will be a win-win for you and your client.
